Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.
The average delivery time within mainland Portugal is 2 to 5 working days.
Deliveries are carried out by certified carriers and include tracking information whenever available.
Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process prior to order confirmation.
If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notification for rescheduling. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra costs.
Luz Moka Coffee, Lda shall not be held responsible for delays caused by external factors such as strikes, weather conditions, carrier issues, or public holidays.
Where applicable, customers may choose to collect their order directly from the Møka Cøffee store at no additional cost.
An email notification will be sent as soon as the order is ready for collection.
Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February.

Reason for return
The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of incorrect dispatch or defective items.
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped after the returned product has been received and verified.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Personalised or customised products
Opened food, beverage, or hygiene items
Gift cards
If an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by sending an email to geral@mokacoffee.pt including:
The order number
A brief description of the problem
Clear photographs of the damaged item
Once validated, collection and replacement will be arranged at no additional cost to the customer.
