These General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale apply to all visitors and users of the website www.mokacoffee.pt, as well as to any commercial transactions carried out through the online shop.

9. Availability and Delivery

  • The average dispatch time is 24 to 48 business hours, varying according to demand.

  • Delivery is available within Portugal (Mainland and Islands) and across Europe, subject to applicable shipping fees.

  • If a product is unavailable, the customer will be notified and may choose between:

    • Replacement with an equivalent product; or

    • Full refund within 14 business days.

10. Shipping Fees
  • All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 84/2021.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural wear and tear, or improper maintenance.
11. Cancellations, Exchanges and Returns
  • The customer may cancel an order before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Once delivered, the customer has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal, under Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February.
  • Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging, accompanied by the invoice.
  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method within 14 business days after inspection.
  • Returns due to defects or shipping errors by Møka Cøffee are free of charge.
12. Product Warranty

All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 84/2021.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural wear and tear, or improper maintenance.
